You've seen the damage but every cloud has a silver lining, right? It's super hard for me to get a good picture of the back of my head but the front is a lot easier and so I was encouraged to see that I have indeed made a fair bit of progress this year. I trimmed around 2-3" of straggly ends so most of my hair was unaffected.
